Vendor Load-In/Load-Out Times
Overnight security will be on site Friday & Saturday nights. However, we highly recommend bringing tent walls to secure your booth and taking valuables with you.

Vendor Requirements
PRODUCT/ACTIVITY VENDORS
Booth fee includes a designated 10x10 space at the event (for activity vendors, we will provide a space big enough for your activity)
Tents/Equipment are not included - all vendors must bring their own tents, tables & chairs
All vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth space to fit the fantasy theme of the event - we want it to feel as immersive as possible for attendees
FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS
Booth fee includes a designated space large enough to accommodate your truck/cart & serving space
Fantasy-themed menu names/items are REQUIRED
Faire Map & Vendor Parking
VENDOR PARKING
Vendor Parking will be available in the lot directly next to the Faire. For loading & unloading, please park in the designated parking area only. Pulling up to the curb is not allowed, as we need to keep this area clear for our food & beverage vendors to set up their booths.
VENDOR CHECK-IN
All vendors are REQUIRED to check-in with us prior to beginning set up. Once you arrive, please check-in at the info booth (shown on the map). We will then provide you with your vendor badges!
