Get ready for a magical weekend celebrating all things fantasy!
This is a ticketed, outdoor, family-friendly event featuring local fantasy authors, artists, and bookish vendors.
Cosplay encouraged!
Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Vendor spots are limited for this event.

$200.00 + 10% shared commission on event sales
Vendor Requirements
Product/Activity Vendors
Booth fee includes a designated 10x10 space at the event (for activity vendors, we will provide a space big enough for your activity)
Equipment is not included - all vendors must bring their own tents, tables & chairs
All vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth space to fit the fantasy theme of the event - we want it to feel as immersive as possible for attendees
Food/Beverage Vendors
Booth fee includes a designated space large enough to accommodate your truck/cart & serving space
Fantasy-themed menu names/items are REQUIRED
Early booth set up will be available on Friday. We will have overnight security for Friday and Saturday night. However, we recommend removing all valuables from your booth each night and bringing/renting tent walls to secure your booth and protect it from any inclement weather.
