+ 10% shared commission on event sales

Dinner is no longer provided as part of the event. This allows us to offer guests more food options, as well as lower our ticket prices!
We are looking for food, beverage & dessert vendors to participate as well!

Vendor Requirements

Product/Service Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated 10x10 space at the event

  • Equipment is not included - all vendors must bring their own tents, tables & chairs

  • All vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth space to fit the fantasy theme of the event - we want it to feel as immersive as possible for attendees

Food/Beverage Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated space large enough to accommodate your truck/cart & serving space

  • Fantasy-themed menu names/items are REQUIRED
