Vendor Booth Fees

Product Vendor
Selling goods, merchandise, or prepackaged food/beverages

Service Vendor:
Hosting an activity or providing a service
$80.00

Food/Beverage Vendor
On-site prep & serve
$80.00
+ 10% shared commission on event sales

Vendor Requirements

Product/Service Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated 10x10 space at the event

  • Equipment is not included - all vendors must bring their own tents, tables & chairs

  • All vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth space to fit the fantasy theme of the event - we want it to feel as immersive as possible for attendees

Food/Beverage Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated space large enough to accommodate your truck/cart & serving space

  • Fantasy-themed menu names/items are REQUIRED
