Get ready for an evening soiree celebrating all things fantasy!
This is a ticketed, outdoor event. Attendees must be 21+.
Dress to impress!

Application submission deadline: December 20th, 2025

After this date, all applications will be reviewed and acceptance notices will go out by December 30th, 2025. Vendor registration will then open on January 1st, 2026.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Vendor spots are limited for this event.

Vendor Booth Fees

Selling goods, merchandise, or prepackaged food/beverages

Service Vendor:
Hosting an activity or providing a service
$100.00

Food/Beverage Vendor
On-site prep & serve
$100.00
+ 10% shared commission on event sales

Vendor Requirements

Product/Service Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated 10x10 space at the event

  • Equipment is not included - all vendors must bring their own tents, tables & chairs

  • All vendors are REQUIRED to decorate their booth space to fit the fantasy theme of the event - we want it to feel as immersive as possible for attendees

Food/Beverage Vendors

  • Booth fee includes a designated space large enough to accommodate your truck/cart & serving space

  • Fantasy-themed menu names/items are REQUIRED
